Many small companies have their products toll manufactured which leaves them vulnerable to quality defects. Remember the Toll manufacture isn’t representing their own brand. Their objective is to move the product they have made whether or not it meet the customer’s quality needs. But many small companies do not have the resources to quality check the products they buy.
Aneval Inc can help. First and foremost, Aneval inc offers quality testing services. We can check the products you are having manufactured and make sure they meet your established requirements. Even if your vendor or manufacturer provides certificates of analysis, good practice requires spot checking.
Quality System Development
In addition Aneval can set up quality procedures to meet your up front quality assurance needs in qualifying new vendors and in house testing regimens to meet quality control requirements.
Aneval works with customers in the United States and internationally developing Quality Systems meeting the ISO standards, Production Methods and Training Programs (Technical and Service oriented, but we can arrange for trainers in a wide range of areas and are in the process of adding computer security training).
For companies who do not sufficient in house technical resources to meet their Quality Control and Quality Assurance (QC/QA) needs, Aneval Inc. provides quality testing services. Not only can we provide a variety of standard testing meeting industry standards, but Aneval also works with our customers to develop custom methods meeting their specific needs. And of course Aneval Inc provides basic scientific testing specific to client needs.
As a Laboratory Manager and Quality Manager, Mr. Steele ran the R&D and QC labs for a Dye and Pigment company, developing the necessary testing, capabilities and protocols meet ISO requirements and insure that production facilities in different location and countries met the same specifications.
Charles A. Steele, the founder and president, is an industrial scientist with a broad range of expertise in testing and product development. He has been a Laboratory Manager, a Quality Manager, a Formulator and a Researcher. He has authored and coauthored in a variety of fields
